As a legally authorized Mineral Buying Centre with a commitment to join in improving the Nigerian Solid Minerals sector, we responsibly secure a sustainable procurement of minerals & metal raw materials through our strategic and ethical collaboration with ASMs (Artisanal Miners) & SSM (Small Scale Miners) via an organized gathering and aggregating program across various mine site in the Southern & Northern Nigeria, aggregating their minerals output to ensure stable production & procurement of minerals & metal ores, and a sustainable source of livelihood for ASMs. We also engage in basic dressing & preprocessing of our ores to improve the quality and grades of our materials.
Presently, the Nigerian Solid Mineral and Mining Sector is largely predominated by licensed Small Scale Mechanized Miners and Artisanal Mining cooperatives, hence our strategy of “ethically” engaging them to positively harness & maximize their productivity while ensuring a sustainable livelihoods for them.
In all our dealings in the procurements & production of minerals from ASMs, we prioritize abiding by the legal and recognized frame works of the Nigerian government as it relates to minerals & Metals, ensuring mineral traceability, Fair & competitive pricing and payment of royalties.
We supply and export minerals & metal raw materials directly to trade houses, merchants, processors or smelters, and industrial consumers, whether through long-term off-take agreements or spot purchase transactions across the globe, employing a transparent Mines-to-Market approach.
